This month my hostess gifts were these Christmas notebooks. They are a junior legal pad cut in half. I haven't decorated these in years but I recently ran across some on Michelle Wooderson's blog and I got inspired all over again. Don't you love it when something old becomes new again? Since I have plenty of these in my stash I will be making more!
The penguin is from the Cold and Cuddly stamp set in the Holiday mini. The papers are from the Christmas Cocoa paper in the Holiday mini. The red and white paper is flocked. The snowflakes are a punch that is new in this year's Stampin' Up! catalog. The buttons are from the Sizzix buttons die. One of my favorite Sizzix dies! The letters are from the Billboard Sizzix die.
Then I made this box from the Itty bitty box and envelope Stampin' Up! Sizzix die for a door prize gift. Again, I used the flocked paper from the Christmas Cocoa dp pack. The Tags inside are from the Delightful Decorations stamp set and the matching Ornament punch. I put mini glue dots with the paper still attached so the recipient could easily place these on her packages. So quick and easy!
