January has just been flying by for me! How about for you? So many things to do, so little time. I've been trying to eat healthier but that chocolate keeps calling my name.
This next recipe card is for a dessert. It's not chocolate and it has carrots in it so it must be healthy, right? This is a very yummy recipe! You can really taste that cinnamon in there. I made this for my guests at a Norwex party I had last Sunday and it went over well. Judging by how my family snarfed up the leftovers, it went over well with them too!
I used the new cupcake punch to punch out the cupcake. I embossed the bottom part of the cupcake with the square lattice embossing folder first to give it that texture. The top was stamped with the speckles stamp from the create a cupcake first and then punched out with the cupcake punch. The new pompom trim across the bottom of the recipe is a fun new trim in the Occasions mini catalog and the white trim going across is from the Tasteful Trim sizzix die that was in the Holiday mini catalog but it is still available for purchase if you are interested.
