And that's just the beginning of what you'll find at Once Upon a Barn.
You may have just visited us at the soggy little barn at 310 Wayside Road W., but we're back in an actual barn June 2-4 at the MusicBarn, located at 5750 Shady Oak Road in Minnetonka.
If you stopped by the sale on Shady Oak last year, you know this is a great place for a sale because of the building — a two-story barn that has some fun nooks and crannies — and because of the history. This is the old Dvorak Homestead, where sisters Gladys and Olga Dvorak lived out their lives. The barn has been cleaned out and filled with pottery, kitchenalia, pulleys, scales, garden pieces, tools, furniture, and repurposed items. We've got enamelware and sewing paraphernalia including lots of buttons and thread, Stampin' Up! stamps, and hand-stamped cards.. There are shoe forms and benches, glassware and games and even a hobby horse or two.
So check us out. And maybe the rain will give us a break this time.
