Hellooooo? Anybody out there? I wouldn't blame you if you weren't. It's been waaaaaay too long since I have posted anything. My craft room is done! Pretty much. There are a couple of last few tiny things my husband needs to finish. I have moved all of my stuff in. Pretty much. I'm waiting on Doug to finish those last few things and then I will take pictures of my new room and post them.
Two years ago I moved from Minnesota to the Austin, Texas area with my husband, Doug, and our two teenage sons, Nick and Sam. Our daughter, Rebecca, stayed in Minnesota where she was attending college at University of Minnesota, Morris. A lot has happened since then! Rebecca graduated from college and got her first job as a 3rd grade teacher in a tiny town called Murdock, Minnesota. There are 3 towns that combine students for school called KMS.
Our son, Nick, graduated from High School here in Texas. He will be starting school back in Minnesota at St. Cloud State in a couple of weeks. It will be just Doug, our son, Sam, and I in Texas. While that will be tough, at least Rebecca and Nick will be living just over an hour away from each other.
So it's hot here in Texas in the Summer. No secret there. It is pretty much 100 degrees everyday. I have been spending a lot of time in the pool. As I was floating in the pool the other day I kept seeing our back wooden fence with some hanging flower baskets next to them. That inspired me to make a card! I tried out two different versions.
The first one is with the Flower Patch stamp set.

That was actually my second version of the card. The first one was the first version I envisioned while floating in the pool. This one uses Swirly Bird stamp set and the Swirly Scribbles Thinlit dies.

Which one do you like better? I think I like the Flower Patch version best.
