Technique Card Class

In this class you will get to make 3 different technique cards.  The techniques this time are spotlighting, side masking and joy fold card. A printed technique sheet for each technique will be provided as well. All supplies(except adhesive) are included and prepped.  You just come ready to stamp and have some fun!  Space is limited so sign up early!  Your payment saves your spot in the class. Please bring your own adhesive.

It was a beautiful Summer day here in Texas.  Some might call it hot but I was able to spend a little time floating in my pool.  It's only the second time I've been in the pool this season.  We have had one thing after another need replacing in the pool.  It finally seems to be up and running and it was soooooo relaxing.

 

I've got a technique class coming up next Wednesday.  I will share some more details tomorrow.

Coffee Helps!

I'm not a coffee drinker.  I don't even like a hint of coffee flavor.  But I love coffee stamps!  And the SMELL of coffee!  So this suite of Coffee Cafe stamp set, paper and thinlits jumped out at me!  I figure I won't be giving cards to myself, but rather others who do LOVE coffee.

Bermuda Balloons

Happy Father's Day to all of the fathers out there! We had our two boys, Nick and Sam, with us today.  We went to church and then out to a nice lunch at Saltgrass Steak house.  It was delicious as always!  We were just missing our daughter, Rebecca, today. It's times like these that it is especially hard to be living 1000 mile away from her. We hope to see her sometime this Summer.

 

One of my favorite Stampin' Up! colors is Bermuda Bay.  My dear friend, Adele, had a birthday recently so I chose one of my favorite colors for one of my favorite people.

Dancing Pig!

I'm WAY over due for a post on this blog!  This spring has been incredibly busy.  My daughter, Rebecca, got engaged. I moved my son, Nick, back home to Texas from his year at St. Cloud State in Minnesota.  We have had lots of visitors from the North.  Love it! 

Now, I'm ready to do some stamping! The new Stampin' Up! 2017-2018 annual catalog came out June 1. One of my favorite stamp sets from the catalog is "This Little Piggy".  It just speaks to me.  Doesn't this little piggy look so happy?
