Hey stampers! It's been awhile. I want to update you on a few things but first I want to let you know about the Stampin' Up! paper trimmer. Stampin' Up! retired the one that was in the 2018/2019 catalog. If you own that trimmer Stampin' Up! is releasing a final batch of the blade refills today. I'm not sure how long they will last so scoop them up while you can! The item number for the refills is 126995. There is a limit of 3 packs of blades. They are $6 a pack. You can place your order online on my website. There is a new paper trimmer coming out before the end of 2019. They haven't told us anything about that one yet. Stay tuned.
Now for the craft room update. We moved back from Austin, Texas last summer. We decided to build a house in Lakeville, MN for a variety of reasons. We finally moved in on November 30, 2018. When people ask me if we are all settled in I tell them, "It's a work in progress" because it is! We opted not to have the builders do any of the built in cabinets for our mudroom, laundry room, living room and we had an empty room in the front of the house that was earmarked for my craft room. In April of this year my husband started work on building my craft room. For those of you who have seen my previous 2 craft rooms he has built me you know that he builds dream craft rooms. This one will be no exception. But it takes time. Lots of time. He's getting closer and closer to completion but it's hard to say when exactly that will be. He completed my paper storage this past weekend and I was elated to start moving in my cardstock and designer series paper. Here's a peek at that.
People asked him, "Does she really need that much paper storage?" Yep! After all, you can't make a cute papercrafting project without paper! He has now moved on to the faces of the drawers. I get to pick out the drawer pulls and cabinet knobs. Things will really start taking shape now! I will be hosting a Stampin' Up! Open House this fall when I'm a little closer to a functioning craft room and I can unpack better and not just throw things into any open cavern I can find. I will be posting times and dates when it gets a little closer. For now I will continue to dream of the beautiful craft room to come.
Thanks for stopping by today!
