It's been awhile. I took a break to watch my granddaughter for 2 months while my daughter transitioned back to her teaching position. Then Christmas morning my husband tested positive for C and we had to quarantine. I thought I would get a lot of stamping done that week but I went out to shovel snow that Monday morning and fell on the ice. I hurt my right hand pretty bad. Of course I'm right handed. So stamping was out of the question. It still hasn't healed as well as it should have by now so I'm still struggling a bit. It's getting good enough to stamp though. Whew!
I held my monthly stamp club yesterday and I participated in a Valentine's card swap with my club members. This card came together with a card sketch and the pretty Sweet Talk designer paper from the Spring catalog. I'm including the card sketch I used. It's by Julee Tilman. She has a blog that does sketches called Mojo Monday. This one even has the dimensions of the layers! Have you tried card sketches yet? If you have been around here awhile you know that I love them! I don't always use the exact sketch but it gives me a jumping off point. I highly encourage you to try them if you haven't. Start with this one!
I have included a list of the supplies used below. You can order products from my website here.
Thanks for stopping by today!
