Floral Dress

I love this pretty dress framelit from Stampin' Up! It comes with a matching stamp set and even a pop up card.  Mix and match designer paper, stamps, ribbon, and all kinds of embellishments to make unique dress designs.  It brings me back to my youth when I played with dolls.  Such fun! The dress stamp set and matching framelist is in the Spring catalog.  The dress framelit made it into the new Stampin' Up! catalog that comes out in June.  I'm so excited!  More time to play!

The new catalog is official June 1.  I am planning a new catalog Open House so stay tuned for details. There's so many things I can't wait to get my hands on!

Dress form

This quik and easy card is a CASE from some cards I saw on Pinterest(no surprise!).  The dress from is made of crumb cake card stock stamped with the smallest stamp from the Daydreams Medallions stamp set.  The flowers are stamped on white card stock in crumb cake with the Fabulous Florets stamp set.  The birthday greeting is from the Bring on the Cake stamp set and is stamped with Early Espresso ink.

I'm getting ready for my Annual Stamp and Scrap Sale.  it is coming up on Saturday, April 27.  I will post details in a few days for those of you local to the Twin Cities area of Minnesota.

Butterflies

What did we ever do before Pinterest?  So many great ideas and inspiration!  If you are not on Pinterest you gotta get on it!  But beware, it will suck you in! 

This card is a CASE of this card I found on Pinterest. I changed the colors and papers and came up with this card.

I changed the papers and colors again and used the small soda pop tops from the Spring catalog for the middle of the flower.  The designer paper is from the Print Poetry paper pack from the Spring catalalog as well.

Easter Bunny

I love this bunny set!  I have been wanting it for over a year and I finally ordered it.  We made this as our third card at stamp club this month.  The bunnies are stamped on Stampin' Up!'s watercolor paper.  The finest medium for coloring on! I colored it in with markers scribbled on a junk cd and blender pens.

Pretty Dress

How about something pretty?  I've gone all masculine on you lately.  There's nothing prettier than the new All Dressed Up stamp set and coordinating Framelits!  Here's a card we made with this set in my stamp club this month.

Queen for a Day

We made this card at my upline, Karen Titus' meeting in January.  I love that crown image and the big rhinestone gems.  Who doesn't like to be Queen for a day?  My youngest is King of the day today.  He turns 13 today.  Wah!  He's excited, I'm a little sad.  He's growing up on me.  He was chattering away excitedly about how everyone is going to wish him Happy Birthday today and his new laptop that he can't wait to open after school.  It's going to be a great day for him!  As parents, don't we just love to see our kids happy?  We go to great lengths to make this happen.

A kiss for you

Don't you love punch art?  We made this clever card at my upline, Karen's meeting.  The candy kiss is made with the Blossom Petals XL punch.  We used the largest petal and cut off the frilly parts.  So easy and cute! We wrapped aluminum foil around it to make it look like the wrapping off of a Hershey's kiss. The greetings from Petite Pairs is the perfect compliment!

Get Whale Soon

We made this card in January's stamp club.  The waves are made from the Tasteful Trim Sizzix die and the Sunshine and Sprinkles designer paper from the Occasions catalog. The clouds embossing folder is such a fun touch on cards.  I'll be using this one a lot!

Jar of Hearts

From the frozen tundras of Minnesota comes this Valentine card to warm your heart.  Seriously, it's 11 below right now!  I'm a born and bred Minnesotan but I'm never used to this kind of cold.  We're going to boil some water this morning and throw it up in the air outside.  The water will evaporate immediately.  Kind of a cool science experiment!

Back to my card.  We made this in stamp club.  Any chance I get to you use my Friendship Preserves stamp set with the coordinating Cannery Framelits diecuts you know I am going to take it!
